With effect from 01 April 2026, NHS Scotland is reducing its full time working week from 37 to 36 hours per week, there will be no change in full time pay.


There is an exciting opportunity to join our Primary Care Team within Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership. An experienced administrator is required to provide high quality, comprehensive project and administrative support to the HSCP Primary Care Team. Dundee HSCP Primary Care Team is a small team with a wide remit and the roles are quite varied working closely with community teams, third sector and general practice. This post has a varied portfolio including project support for HSCP programmes, in particular the project developing new models of care within primary care for substance users and supporting medicines management group, amongst other administrative / secretarial tasks to support the team.


You should possess good organisational and I.T. skills and have the ability to prioritise your own workload. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work on your own, as well as working closely with other team members. You will have the ability to work to tight timescales. Knowledge of primary care systems would be an advantage but full training will be provided. Experience of working within a project setting would also be beneficial but not necessary.
