What Youll Be Doing Analyse data and uncover the insights behind category performance. Turn insight into clear, compelling recommendations that drive action. Champion the shopper and consumer voice in internal decision-making. Provide regular category updates that help teams think differently and move faster. Build strong, trusted relationships with key retail partners. Influence customers with clear category vision and thought leadership. Support total category range reviews and help shape the future product landscape. Act as a credible category expert to help unlock growth opportunities. Support the development of category strategies across shopper, channel and occasion. Translate strategies into customer-focused plans that deliver wins for the Category, Customer and Pilgrims. Promote category-first thinking across cross-functional teams. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful initiatives.
