The Role
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our team. This is an office-based role, you will be expected to work from our Sheffield office, collaborating closely with colleagues and partners to deliver strong results. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, supporting them with data-driven insights, and driving performance through effective campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong relationships with affiliate partners across multiple product verticals.
* Research and identify new product opportunities to promote via our marketing channels.
* Collaborate with media buyers to test and optimize advertising campaigns.
* Analyze performance data to refine existing campaigns and scale successful ones.
* Negotiate improved terms and commission structures with partners based on performance.
* Support category growth initiatives by identifying high-potential verticals and scaling them.
Essential Skills
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
* Excellent communication skills; confident presenting and influencing at all levels.
* Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Nice-to-Have (Non-Essential Skills)
* Experience in affiliate marketing, online advertising, or digital media is a plus but not required.
* Mandarin language skills are a plus, given many of our partners are based in China, but not essential.
