We're looking for a bright, ambitious Engineering or Chemistry graduate who wants to apply their technical knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges.

This is an opportunity to join a highly specialised engineering environment where you'll develop expertise in advanced materials, manufacturing processes, process improvement, and product development. Working alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, you'll play a key role in supporting production, solving complex technical problems, and helping shape future manufacturing technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the manufacture of technically advanced products within a highly regulated environment.
• Investigating process issues and identifying practical engineering solutions.
• Analysing manufacturing data to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Working on process improvement and continuous improvement projects.
• Developing expertise in materials, manufacturing methods, and production technologies.
• Collaborating with engineers, production teams, and technical specialists across the business.
• Producing technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Supporting research and development activities for future products and processes.
• Contributing to safety, quality, and compliance activities.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing, and technology.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Placement year, internship, laboratory, or manufacturing experience.
• Exposure to process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement techniques.
• Experience analysing data and producing technical reports.
• Knowledge of health, safety, or quality management systems.
