Responsibilities
* Perform general property maintenance and electrical installation work.
* Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations.
* Install and modify electrical systems for both single-phase and three-phase equipment.
* Install and maintain LED lighting and emergency lighting systems.
* Perform repairs and corrective work on internal and external wiring systems.
* Diagnose wiring faults and manage electrical systems in plant rooms, including motors, pumps, and fan coil units (FCUs).
* Follow site plans and schematic drawings accurately.
* Oversee and coordinate with specialist contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
* Participate in seasonal shifts and on-call rotations.
* Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Qualifications
* Recognised C&G NVQ qualifications.
* BS7671 18th Edition City & Guilds qualification.
* C&G 2391 Inspection, Testing, and Certification of Electrical Installations, or equivalent (C&G 2394/2395).
* Full Clean Driving Licence.
