Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Dispensing Assistant located across all 3 of our sites. The Dispensing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations alongside the dispensing team. Tasks include dispensing all lens and frame types, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date. Effective communication with patients and fellow staff members is essential for this role.
