The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
* Plan, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns promoting room bookings, dining, spa, weddings and seasonal experiences and promotions.
* Manage activity across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube and related platforms, ensuring budgets are focused on high-intent demand
* Build and refine targeting, retargeting and segmentation strategies to attract both new and returning guests
* Monitor performance daily, optimising budgets, bids, creative and audiences to maximise return while protecting brand positioning
* Lead structured testing programmes to improve efficiency and drive incremental revenue growth
* Use GA4 and platform data to track performance, attribute revenue and report clearly on outcomes
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
* Strong understanding of paid social strategy within a brand-led or experience-driven environment
* Hands-on experience using CRM data to support remarketing, segmentation and lifecycle marketing
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, commercial insight
* Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through ongoing optimisation and testing
* Confident using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and CRM platforms
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Clear and confident communicator, able to explain performance and recommendations to a range of stakeholders
* Hospitality experience, preferably within the hotel industry and luxury market
