The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operational Delivery to strengthen station performance and operational excellence. You will be the first responder for underperforming stations - deploying quickly, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective action in partnership with local teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Rapidly deploy to struggling stations to diagnose operational failings.
* Partner with station managers and planners to implement corrective measures.
* Determine minimal, cost-effective use of resilience resources when required.
* Act as operational first responder before escalation to central teams.
* Track performance improvements and ensure accountability at station level
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership in large-scale operations or transport/logistics.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver rapid, measurable improvements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Flexibility to travel extensively and work under pressure.
