Job descriptionCustomer Experience SpecialistAre you great with people and love solving problems? We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our friendly team! This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who's organised, positive, and enjoys helping others.What you'll be doing:Chatting with customers via phone and emailTaking orders, giving delivery updates, and checking product availabilityOffering alternative solutions when neededManaging your own group of customer accountsWorking with other teams (like distribution and procurement) to keep everything running smoothlySorting returns, complaints, and delivery issuesCreating quotes, processing payments, and handling sample requestsKeeping customer info and orders up to date in our system (NetSuite)What we're looking for:At least 1 year of office based customer service experienceConfident using Excel and PowerPointGreat attention to detail and strong organisation skillsA clear communicator who's friendly and professionalSomeone who's calm under pressure and able to juggle tasksA team player who's also happy working independentlyFlexible and ready to adapt when things get busy or changeWhy work with us?We're a supportive, down-to-earth team that values each other.
