Job Title: School Cleaner Job Title: School Cleaner Location: UB8 Salary: £14-£16 Per Hour Hours: 15 hours per week Monday – Thursday: 3.30pm – 6.30pm Friday: 2.30pm – 5.30pm Contract: Term Time Staff Training Days 1 Week/15 hours during School Closure Periods for deep cleaning About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our site team. This role is vital in ensuring our students, staff, and visitors enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out cleaning duties across classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas. * Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the school. * Undertake periodic deep cleans during school closure periods. * Use cleaning equipment safely and in line with health and safety guidance. * Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently. You will: * Be punctual, reliable, and take pride in your work. * Have good attention to detail. * Be able to work to schedules and instructions. * Ideally have experience in a cleaning role (though training will be provided).
