About the Role
Our Lease Advisory Team plays a key role in managing and optimising our extensive property portfolio, as well as supporting NHS commissioners with lease transactions and events. As a Lease Advisory Manager, you will support the management of a portfolio of head lease and sub‑lease events, ensuring they are handled effectively, professionally, and in line with business needs.
You’ll manage individual lease events independently or with support from senior colleagues, ensuring that all activity is completed in a timely manner and that our operational sites remain protected. This is a varied and impactful role where you’ll help shape how we manage leasehold interests across the organisation.
Who You Are
You’ll bring a strong understanding of landlord and tenant law, lease interpretation, and strategic asset management. You’re confident applying valuation principles to lease events and have experience negotiating rent reviews, break options, and lease renewals.
You will also bring:
1. Experience inspecting and measuring premises in line with RICS best practice
2. Clear, confident communication skills
3. The ability to present recommendations and secure internal approvals
4. A passion for data accuracy and high‑quality work
5. Enthusiasm, determination, and a proactive approach
6. Experience working in a busy, customer‑focused environment
7. A track record of driving improvements and efficiencies
Key Responsibilities
8. Work with senior colleagues to explore all options when concluding lease event negotiations, minimising risk and maximising opportunities
9. Collaborate with property management and finance teams to ensure lease events are properly budgeted and managed
10. Manage and support transactions, securing the necessary internal approvals
11. Provide reporting on productivity and key performance indicators
12. Support data accuracy relating to lease events and property information
13. Apply professional best practice to all aspects of your work
14. Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
15. Deliver high‑quality service to internal and external customers
16. Manage budgets in line with forecasts (where appropriate)
17. Ensure compliance with governance and professional standards
18. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Where you’ll be
This is a hybrid role based in London, with your main hub at 10SC. The position is offered on a 12‑month contract, with a salary starting from £33,000, plus car allowance and bonus eligibility.
