Right now, too many of the worlds largest employers still run critical compliance processes through spreadsheets, manual admin and disconnected systems.
It’s slow, messy and risky. It wastes huge amounts of time and makes it harder to do the work that actually matters. Keeping people safe, healthy and performing well.
We’re still early, which is exactly what makes this role exciting.
You’ll be joining at a point where the work matters, the pace is high, and the right person can have a huge amount of impact.
The role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to work directly with the founder and level-up product at Visibly.
This is an important hire.
Not because we need someone to “manage the roadmap” or keep tickets tidy. Because we need someone who can help us build better product, faster.
Someone who can take messy problems, real customer pain, half-formed ideas and competing priorities and turn them into clear decisions, intuitive experiences and well-shipped features.
You do not need to have done every part of this role before.
But you do need to be the kind of person who gets good at new things quickly. The kind of person who does not wait to be told exactly what to do. The kind of person who wants real ownership early and is excited by being stretched.
You’ll be the central product person across the whole platform, working closely with the founder, engineering, operations, implementation, customer-facing teams and customers themselves.
Your job is to help us improve product delivery speed, sharpen the quality of what we ship, and build the foundations for how product works as we scale.
You’ll also play a part in shaping how we use AI in the product.
Not AI for the sake of it. Not trend‑chasing. AI where it genuinely helps users: reducing friction, improving clarity, speeding up work, or helping people make better decisions.
That only works if it starts with customer empathy. So this role needs someone who cares deeply about how users actually work, where they get stuck, and what would genuinely help.
What you’ll do
* Own day‑to‑day product execution
* Work with the founder to keep priorities clear and execution moving
* Turn customer problems and business needs into clear product work
* Create wireframes and prototypes to get to better solutions faster
* Write clear specs, requirements and acceptance criteria that help engineering move with confidence
* Stay close to customers and internal teams so what we build reflects reality
* Help shape an AI‑informed product approach grounded in customer empathy and practical value
* Own feature rollout, including communication to users and customers
* Define success clearly, monitor impact after launch, and use what you learn to improve what comes next
* Help us build a product function that is lightweight, sharp and built for scale
What we’re looking for
* We’re not looking for someone who has ticked every box on paper.
* We’re looking for someone ambitious, thoughtful, fast‑learning and highly accountable.
* Someone who may not have done this exact job before, but has a track record of taking on hard things and becoming excellent quickly.
We’d love to see
* Experience in Product, Operations, UX, Customer Success, Implementation, or another role that has built strong product instincts
* Evidence that you learn quickly and work things out without lots of hand‑holding
* Strong customer empathy and genuine curiosity about how users behave in the real world
* Good product taste and an instinct for simple, clear user experiences
* The ability to bring structure to messy situations
* Confidence creating wireframes and prototypes, or the ability to get there fast
* Clear communication and good judgment
* Comfort working in ambiguity and making progress without perfect information
* Excitement about AI’s potential in products, combined with good judgment about where it is actually useful
* High standards, strong follow‑through, and real ownership mentality
You’ll probably thrive here if
* You like being given real responsibility early
* You’re excited by hard problems, not intimidated by them
* You care about quality and speed
* You want to prove yourself through output, not polish
* You’re low ego and high ownership
* You want to grow fast by doing meaningful work
This probably isn’t for you if
* You want lots of structure, layers and defined boundaries
* You prefer talking about product to actually doing the work
* You need constant direction to make progress
* You like the idea of startups more than the reality
* You’re excited by AI as a buzzword, but less interested in real customer problems
* You want a comfortable role more than a demanding one
* You’re not based close to Norwich
Working setup
This is a Norwich‑based role.
We value in‑person collaboration so we're looking for somebody that wants to spend time in‑office. We expect at least 3 days per week in‑office but there's lots of flexibility to ensure you have a balanced life.
That matters because this role will work very closely with the founder and across the team. The speed of learning, context‑sharing and decision‑making will be much higher in person, especially for this role.
Because this is the kind of role that can accelerate you fast.
You won’t be joining a big company where product is already neatly carved up. You’ll be close to the work, close to the users, close to the decisions and close to the founder.
You’ll get real ownership. Real exposure. Real room to grow.
You’ll help shape the product, how we build it, and how product works at Visibly as we scale.
For the right person, this is a chance to do some of the best work of your career so far.
What you get
* Norwich / hybrid working, with 3+ days per week on‑site
* Medical insurance including health assessment, online GP, Headspace subscription, and discounts on gym membership, wearables and cinema tickets
* £1,000 learning and development budget
* 5 days leave for courses or conferences
* Team socials and enhanced parental leave
How to apply
We're stuck in an AI assisted application / screening loop.
To try to solve this we're asking for people to reach out in a way that makes an impact. In return we will review every application properly and share meaningful feedback.
Show us how you think. Show us your judgment. Show us how you approach product, users, workflows or messy problems.
That could be:
* a short teardown
* a Loom
* a sharp note
* a prototype
* a one‑page idea
* or something else entirely
It does not need to be polished.
It does need to be thoughtful.
If your application feels like it could have gone to 50 other companies, it’s probably not right for this role.
Diversity and inclusion
We want to build a strong team with different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
