We're on the hunt for creative and skilled Mixologists to join a dynamic hospitality team from June 2025. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your cocktail craftsmanship at unforgettable weddings, stylish corporate events, and high-end private parties.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Mixologist, Cocktail Bartender, or Bar Supervisor in premium venues
* Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, garnishes, and bar techniques
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a confident, professional manner
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end setting
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport ( essential due to rural venue locations )
* Flexibility with availability, especially weekends and evenings
