Priory Hospital Bristol is looking for a part‑time Physical Health Nurse to join the team working 7.5 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to our patients’ wellbeing. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans and undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and care of patients.
* Provide support to Nursing and wider MDTs to ensure patients in the defined area have their physical healthcare nursing needs identified, planned and evaluated in accordance with best practice and clinical evidence.
* Provide advice and support to colleagues regarding physical healthcare needs in general terms, including infection control, screening programmes and site‑specific requirements.
* Deliver high‑quality clinical assessment, treatment and care to a defined group of service users within a hospital setting.
What you’ll bring to the role
Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with 2 years post‑registration experience, active NMC registration and completed preceptorship programme. Consideration will be given to Nurses registered in mental health or learning disability services if they demonstrate competence in the requirements for the role and can achieve a qualified mentor status within 12 months of posting.
