Note: This position requires attendance at Asda House in Leeds for a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities include:
* Being the initial contact for business stakeholders for Cyber Security requests.
* Supporting the preparation of assessments with all necessary information for review by Risk Analysts.
* Managing customer expectations and understanding request criticality for prioritisation.
* Building relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Delivering work to high standards, following industry best practices.
* Promoting Cybersecurity awareness across business units.
* Supporting the delivery and processing of Security Services for quick and effective resolution.
* Suggesting new initiatives to improve processes and services.
* Providing reporting and management information for leadership, including the Executive team.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in a similar stakeholder-focused role.
* Interest in technology, with the ability to interpret architecture diagrams and explain technical info simply.
* Knowledge of security technology advantageous but not essential.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and networking skills.
* Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
