Join Our Team as a Data Administrator! 🌟
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about fashion? We are looking for a Data Administrator to support our client's exciting new season! This temporary role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with product information and has a keen eye for detail.
Role Duration: 2-3 weeks
Working Pattern: Full-Time, 9 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Soho - Initial week in-office for training, with potential to work from home up to 3 days a week thereafter. 🏢➡️🏡
What You'll Do:
Data Entry: Manually input product information (name, colour, material, cost, etc.) into ERP system
Information Management: Flag any missing information to the team and provide updates when sections are complete.
Critical Analysis: Review data for accuracy and identify potential mistakes, such as incorrect colours. Your attention to detail will help ensure our product information is spot on! What We're Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Experience entering data into an ERP system (we use a customised MS D365).
Previous experience in a creative office environment is a plus.
A background in retail is highly desirable.
