Are you a newly qualified solicitor with a passion for residential property law? A leading Scottish law firm is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their growing Residential Property team in either Edinburgh or Inverness.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking legal practice that values collaboration, client service, and professional development. You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, new builds, and title transfers. You may also support property developers with acquisitions for development.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a broad range of residential property matters from start to finish.
* Build strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals.
* Contribute to business development and client retention efforts.
* Work closely with a supportive team in a hybrid working environment.
About You
* Recently qualified solicitor (NQ+) with some experience or a strong interest in residential property law.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
* A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
