Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across the KS1 curriculum
Plan and create stimulating lessons that encourage curiosity and a love of learning
Use effective assessment methods to monitor progress and inform planning
Foster positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents/carers
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment both indoors and outdoors
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching within KS1
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development
Strong communication skills and effective classroom management
