Join our friendly team at Kilnwood Vale as a Nursery Office Administrator and help keep everything running smoothly - this permanent, part-time role (24 hours a week) is perfect for someone organised and passionate about supporting early years education. Your opportunity In this role, you’ll work closely with the school leadership and nursery team to manage all aspects of nursery administration - from coordinating admissions and maintaining accurate records to ensuring timely invoicing and funding claims. You’ll play a key part in keeping our nursery running smoothly by managing databases, monitoring staff ratios, and liaising with parents to fill places efficiently. The role also involves handling Local Authority funding processes, completing census data, and keeping our nursery information up to date online. The Details Start Date: 1st December 2025 Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 £23,651 to Point 5 £23,937 Actual Salary: £13,564.54 to 13,728.57 (DOE) Hours: The successful candidate will be required to start work at 08:30 a.m. each day.
