Your Role Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us. Little Smugglers is a relaxed home set in the quaint rural countryside with plenty of opportunities to get outside in nature, but with the towns and cities easily accessible nearby for plenty of fun days out. In the communal areas, there’s a calm but social atmosphere and you’ll usually find people gaming, cooking a meal together, or enjoying crafts and painting.
