Social Worker - Folkestone and Hythe Community Team
Role Responsibility
We are recruiting Social Workers with a range of skills and experience.
Permanent, full-time opportunities are available within the Folkestone and Hythe Community Team in Kent. We operate a hybrid model of office-based and home working to meet service needs.
We offer a £3000 Golden Hello payment to new joiners (subject to criteria) and ongoing service-related payments.

We work with adults with diverse care needs, conducting assessments such as Care Act and MCA, Court of Protection applications, and safeguarding enquiries.

About You
We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified social workers who meet professional standards and hold registration with Social Work England.
You should possess strong literacy and communication skills, and a positive, forward-thinking attitude. We value strengths-based practice focused on individuals' outcomes.
This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence; reasonable adjustments are available for disabilities.
