Join us as we grow! We are constantly expanding and are looking for people who share our purpose and want to add value as Project Development Manager. The person who joins us will perform, among others, the following functions: Engage with landowners to identify and secure suitable land for solar PV, BESS, and Wind projects. Assess site feasibility by analysing energy yield, grid connection costs, and land lease costs. Ensure the projects achieve the required IRR and yield thresholds. Engage with Distributed Network Operators (DNOs), Transmission System Operators (TSOs), and local planning authorities (LPAs) to identify opportunities for solar PV, BESS, and Wind development. Develop and maintain a network of local partners for land identification, including land brokers, agents, and landowner cooperatives. Support the legal team in identifying land ownership, Option, and Lease negotiations. Establish and manage project cash flow and prepare budget proposals. Manage and report on all project risks, ensuring management is kept fully abreast of any significant developments. In addition, to participate in the selection process you must meet the following requirements: Planning, technical/engineering, development, or consultancy background and have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the power or renewable energy sector. Basic understanding of TCPA and NSiP process. Knowledge of the National Grid infrastructure and DNOs and TSOs Understanding of the sales process of a project or portfolio from the generation of the teaser and Information Memorandum (IM), coordination and contact with developers and investors, and the management of phases and timing of the signing of the SPA.
