What the job involves
* Support in the underwriting, analysis, and execution of real estate transactions
* Build detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments
* Conduct market research and prepare investment committee materials
* Assist in the asset management of existing investments, contributing to value-creation strategies
* Liaise with external stakeholders including property managers, legal advisors, and financing partners
Who we are looking for
* Experience in investment banking, private equity, or consultancy. Exposure to real estate transactions is preferred but not required.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel
* Excellent research and quantitative analysis capabilities
* Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* A second European language (German, Spanish, Italian or French) is beneficial
