Track external trends to inform strategic direction and uncover commercial prospects. Evaluate partnership and business opportunities to ensure alignment with organisational priorities. Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industry stakeholders. Implement channel strategies, negotiate agreements, and support partners with training and resources. Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver new initiatives while maintaining compliance and managing risk.
