Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister
Experienced listers are welcome to apply. The realistic opportunity to become the Branch Manager also exists within 12 months should this be an aspiration of your.
You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of between £35,000 and £50,000 dependent on your level of experience whilst you build your sales pipeline.
Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 PLUS you will receive a percentage of the office completions and personal listings sold plus a further percentage of office completions if you hit your sales target. (Listing and sales targets are very realistic and achievable, so this in essence increases your basic salary value as the office always has a running pipeline).
REALISTIC on target earnings of £45,000 - £50,000.
Potential of up to 17.5% personal commission to be earned.
