About the Role
A respected and growing care provider is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Manager to lead a high-quality live-in care service for adults at our Tunbridge Wells location. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role with a service that supports adults to live independently in the comfort of their own homes, with the assistance of compassionate live-in carers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the live-in care service
* Ensure the service complies with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
* Support, mentor, and supervise a team of live-in carers across various client placements
* Conduct assessments and create personalised care plans for new clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Monitor service performance and implement quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* At least 2 years' experience in a managerial role within domiciliary or live-in care
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and adult safeguarding
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* A person-centred approach and passion for delivering high standards of care
* UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
