It is now seeking a Private Client Trusts Associate to join its busy and expanding Trusts team in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied and engaging caseload while contributing to the continued growth of the firm's private client offering. The Role
As a Trusts Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high quality trust administration and advisory work.
* Trust creation and advisory work
* Trust administration and compliance
* Managing trust assets
* Providing taxation advice relating to trusts
* Asset management and investment oversight
* Communicating with and educating beneficiaries
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an individual with:
* A strong private client background, ideally with hands on trust administration experience
* Solid technical knowledge and a commercial approach to trust law and practiceThe ability to manage their own caseload with supervision from a Partner
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team focused mindset
* A proactive, enthusiastic and ambitious approach
* A growth mindset and the ability to see the wider commercial picture
