Job Title: Working Foreman (Carpentry Background) Location: Salcombe Project: Construction of 2 New Build Houses Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to oversee the construction of two new build residential properties. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for supervising site activities while also contributing to carpentry work when required. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day supervision of site operations on a small residential development Carrying out carpentry work alongside the team when required Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard Managing site health & safety and maintaining a clean, organised site Liaising with the project manager and reporting on progress Ordering materials and managing deliveries where necessaryRequirements Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter on residential projects Strong carpentry background with the ability to work hands-on Experience managing small housing developments or new build homes Good understanding of site health & safety Ability to manage trades and maintain project timelines SSSTS or SMSTS preferred CSCS card required Full UK driving licence preferred How to Apply If you are an experienced Working Foreman with a carpentry background looking for your next opportunity, apply now...
