Student and Academic Services (SAS) Academic Registry Coordinator Ref: SC4887 Salary on appointment will be £26,707 per annum, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join the Academic Registry within the wider Student and Academic Services team. As a Coordinator, you will deliver an outstanding ‘customer focus’ to students and staff, ensuring that services are effective, agile, and responsive. You will provide supervision for a team of Administrators delivering services to academic staff and students. The day-to-day work of the role involves close collaboration with academic and professional services colleagues to ensure that the needs of staff and students are met. You will lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence in customer service and continuous improvement. The role is heavily reliant on IT systems, and you will have experience with and be confident in working with corporate databases. This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
