Renergy Solutions have been established for over 15 years and are continuing to grow within the renewable energy sector. We are looking for confident and motivated Outbound Call Centre Advisors to join our team.
This is a lead generation role only — there is no selling involved. You will be contacting domestic customers to offer free, no-obligation surveys for solar panel and battery solutions.
The Role
Making outbound calls to domestic customers
Offering free no-obligation solar & battery surveys
Booking qualified appointments
Following call scripts and company processes
Working towards daily and weekly targets
Working Hours
Monday: 10am – 6pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
Potential overtime available on Saturdays
What We're Looking For
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong tonality and communication skills
Resilient and able to handle rejection
Motivated to hit targets
Call centre experience preferred but not essential
Full training provided
