Job Description
The Commercial Litigation NQ / junior lawyer will deal with a range of work including;
3. Assisting in managing a portfolio of contentious cases, including high value contractual disputes, IT disputes and procurement disputes.
4. Liaise with clients, offering practical solutions and updates on case progress.
5. Working with senior team members.
6. Getting involved in all forms of ADR
7. Support the preparation of cases for hearings, mediation's, and trials.
8. Contribute to business development by supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Litigation NQ should have / be;
9. A qualified solicitor status with a focus on commercial litigation or a trainee who has completed a seat in Commercial disputes during their training.

12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
13. A keen interest in dispute resolution.
14. Likely to have trained at a large regional law firm, national or international law firm
