Location: Kirkland, WA
Pay: Starting at $27.00/hr, with potential increases to $32–$33/hr after just 4 months!
About the Opportunity

We’re on the cutting edge of aerospace innovation, and we need skilled Assembly Technicians like you to support the precision assembly and testing of electromechanical and fiber-optic systems—key components in our satellite programs.
Your Role: What You’ll Do
* Assemble and test avionic LRUs, PCBAs, fiber-optic, and electromechanical components.
* Conduct both component- and system-level testing with precision.
* Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and tools.
* Support preventative maintenance on data acquisition systems and test equipment.
* Track inventory, assist with receiving, and coordinate material flow.
* Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Promote and adhere to all safety requirements, updating SOPs as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* 1+ years of experience in high-precision manufacturing or a technical trade certification.
* Proficiency with hand tools such as torque wrenches, calipers, and multimeters.
* Familiarity with system testing and validation tools.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics and documentation.
* US Persons status (required for Export Control compliance).
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently; team-lift up to 45 lbs.
* Capable of standing, bending, climbing, grasping, and stretching throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
