We’re currently recruiting full‑time and part‑time Care Assistants to support service users across Southwark and surrounding areas.
* Weekdays (Mon–Sat): £14.05 per hour
* Sundays: £14.45 per hour
* Day shift: 8/9 am – 2/3 pm
* Evening shift: 4 pm – 9 pm
Guaranteed hours contracts are available for the right candidates, giving you the security of regular work.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
* Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
* Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
* Preparing meals and offering mealtime support
* Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
* Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships
What Else You’ll Help With
* Companionship – conversations, activities, outings
* Mobility assistance – transfers, walking support, use of aids
* Health monitoring – observing and reporting changes in condition
* Social inclusion – helping maintain community and family connections
* Emotional support – empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
* Safety & emergency response – creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
* Collaboration – working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families
Qualifications
Experience is not essential – we provide full training. What matters is your patience, encouragement, and positivity to help people achieve their goals.
