Job Title: M&E Quantity Surveyor Location: London (Central & Greater London Projects) Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 package (DOE) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Opportunity We’re currently working with two leading main contractors renowned for delivering exceptional commercial, mixed-use, and high-end residential projects across London. Both are actively seeking experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors to join their growing commercial teams as they take on an exciting pipeline of work in 2025 and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically complex, design-led projects alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee the commercial aspects of M&E packages from pre-construction through to final account Work closely with project and design teams to manage budgets, procurement, and cost control Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure packages are delivered to scope, programme, and budget Assess and value variations and manage change control processes Prepare interim valuations and final accounts Report to a Senior QS or Commercial Manager and assist with wider project commercial strategy Requirements Proven experience as an M&E QS on high-quality build projects (commercial, mixed-use, or residential) Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, procurement routes, and supply chains Experience working within 2-stage procurement frameworks is essential Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Building Services UK project experience is essential Why Apply?
