You will be assisting in ensuring the branch hits targets is profitable wins new business and retains current clients.
The Company : Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in the villages nd towns across Berkshire Hampshire Gloucestershire Oxfordshire and Wiltshire area that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager role will include :
* Previous experience in residential property sales
* Listing and instruction winning experience
* Ability to build strong business relationships
* Focused to lead and motivate a team
* Able to win new business
* Full UK driving license required
* Local knowledge of the Reading and surrounding area is preferred
