Job Description
* Provide tax advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
* Oversee tax planning strategies to optimise client outcomes.
* Manage and develop a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentoring.
* Review and improve tax processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise clients accordingly.
* Collaborate with other departments to support broader financial services objectives.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust and satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:
* A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
* Proven experience across a range of taxes focusing on planning, and advisory services.
* Strong knowledge of tax legislation within the financial services industry.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant tax software and financial systems.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
