Role: Childrens Registered Manager New 2-Bed EBD/LD Home
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £50,000 £60,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Equity Share

A purpose-built childrens home in Redhill, Surrey, for young people with emotional and learning disabilities. The home provides a safe, nurturing environment to support children in reaching their maximum potential.


The Role:
Opportunity to design and lead a new home from the ground up, delivering trauma-informed care and working closely with the Responsible Individual for full support.


Key Responsibilities:

Support to open and register this 2-bed EBD/LD home.
Recruit and mentor a dedicated team.
Achieve Ofsted Good or Outstanding within the first year.
Create a safe, empowering space where children build resilience and life skills.

Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
2+ years experience managing an Ofsted-regulated childrens home.
Extensive expertise in EBD/LD care and safeguarding.
Compassionate and decisive leadership style.
