Summary:
Purpose – ensure our regional sales team has sufficient technical skills and knowledge to effectively sell the Value of our products and to ensure clinical customers maximise the Value and develop a preference for our technology
Objectives – Using an educational tool set, you will ensure the knowledge of our products and their clinical application is maximised both internally & externally in order to retain & grow business
Accountable for –Staff technical skills, IFU compliance, customer clinical application excellence
Key stakeholders – own KOL, educators, SSD, nursing – network other stakeholders, especially clinical.
Main Responsibilities/Main Tasks:
1. Responsible for organizing projects, presentations, training or activities which support sales objectives.
2. Responsible for the delivery of product and applications training to colleagues and customers through coaching, education and training activities.
3. Deliver product support to the sales unit in demonstrating, installing and commissioning of products.
4. Educate and train customers and staff in best practice clinical use of PENTAX products.
