We’re looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our successful residential sales team in Ely. As a Branch Lister, you’ll play a pivotal role in winning new business, listing properties, and delivering exceptional customer service in one of the brand’s most opportunity-rich areas.
This is the largest area for the brand, with over 600 properties available, offering huge potential to grow market share and maximise your earnings.

Your Team & Environment:
You’ll be joining a well-established and supportive team including a Branch Manager, two Negotiators, an Administrator, and a Mortgage Advisor, giving you the tools and support needed to succeed.
The branch also benefits from convenient free parking just a 2-minute walk away, making your day-to-day working routine even easier.
Your Role:
As a Branch Lister, you will:
8. Win new instructions and bring properties to market
9. Build strong relationships with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
10. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
11. Maximise business opportunities within a high-potential market
What We’re Looking For:
12. Experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator preferred
13. Proven track record in customer service and sales
14. Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
15. Strong organisational and numerical skills with attention to detail
16. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
17. Full UK driving licence
