Overview
We are exclusively partnering with a leading medical device organisation within the Ophthalmology and Optometry space to appoint a Brand Manager, supporting the continued growth and development of their UK portfolio.
This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to take full ownership of a product portfolio and play a key role in shaping brand direction, market positioning, and. commercial success.
The Role
As Brand Manager, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of ophthalmic, diagnostic and surgical products, driving brand strategy and ensuring strong commercial performance across both NHS and private healthcare settings.
Key responsibilities
* Developing and executing strategic brand plans aligned to wider commercial objectives
* Owning the full product lifecycle, from launch through to growth and optimisation
* Supporting the sales team with compelling marketing tools, value messaging and campaigns
* Working closely with clinical stakeholders, KOLs and internal teams to shape product positioning
* Analysing market dynamics, competitor activity and customer insights to inform strategy
* Driving brand awareness, adoption and market penetration across key UK accounts
What We’re Looking For
* 4–5 years’ experience in Brand or Product Management within medical devices
* Strong understanding of UK healthcare markets (NHS and private)
* Ideally exposure to ophthalmology, optometry or vision care products
* Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
* Experience supporting product launches and driving market adoption
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
