You will shape the approach to governance, risk, and control assurance across areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Risk, Legal, Change and Product Operations. As the primary audit contact for senior leaders in these functions, you will build positive relationships and provide insight, challenge, and assurance that supports effective decision‑making. You will oversee the planning and execution of a risk‑based audit programme, ensuring that audit activity aligns with standards, methodology, and regulatory expectations. You will guide in‑house auditors and co‑sourced providers, ensuring high‑quality delivery and contributing to the annual internal audit opinion. In this role, you will also provide specialist expertise across financial controls, IT controls, governance frameworks, people risk, and change management, supporting continuous improvement and strategic initiatives across the Internal Audit function. You will lead and develop a team of senior audit managers, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring the function has the right skills, resources, and systems to deliver its objectives. You will engage senior stakeholders across the organisation, influencing outcomes with credible, well‑balanced advice.
