Accommodation Management Role
We're seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill the role of Accommodation Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our holiday homes.
Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining the cleaning schedules, equipment, and supplies to guarantee efficient and high-quality service delivery.
You will work closely with the Accommodation Supervisor to address any issues or concerns that may arise during guest stays.
Additionally, you will be involved in recruiting and training new cleaners to meet the required standards and maintain consistency in cleaning times and costs.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our holiday homes by supervising and coordinating the cleaning process.
* Support the Accommodation Supervisor in addressing guest complaints and resolving any issues promptly.
* Recruit and train new cleaners to meet our quality standards and ensure efficient cleaning operations.
* Manage cleaning schedules and allocate tasks effectively to maintain deadlines and budgets.
* Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using our systems.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with COSHH guidelines and chemical handling procedures.
