This is a fantastic opportunity to support students aged 11-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including Autism (ASD), Speech and Language Difficulties, SEMH, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). You will:
Provide tailored classroom support to students with complex needs.
Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and EHCPs.
Foster independence, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.

What You'll Need to Succeed
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs.
A strong understanding of Autism, SEMH, and other complex needs.
