What You\ll Be Doing... (your Role And Responsibilities)
* Support the safe and efficient delivery of electrical works, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
* Develop skills in electrical design, record keeping, programming, and supplier management
* Assist with drafting method statements, planning works, and gradually take on supervisory responsibilities
* Shadow and support experienced engineers and Site Managers to understand project execution and completion
* Prepare sketches, assist in survey planning, and conduct site visits
* Participate in meetings and workshops, manage documents, and contribute to design management
* Assist with cost estimating, programme development, and presenting work to peers and customers
* Promote and adhere to Octavius\ commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment
* Engage with local communities and consider becoming a STEM ambassador

About You. (what You Are Skilled At)
* You\re eager to learn and ready to start your career in electrical engineering
* You have (or are predicted to achieve) Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, and the necessary UCAS points to enrol on a Degree Level Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* You have strong communication skills, a flexible mindset, and a self-motivated approach
* You\re adaptable, a team player, and passionate about problem-solving
* You\re committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* A valid driving licence may be required for site-based roles
