Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – Planning & Scheduling

Contract: 6-Month Contract (Potential to go Permanent)
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (rotating shifts 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm)

The Role:
* Handle incoming reactive maintenance requests, ensuring issues are logged and escalated quickly.
* Plan and schedule engineer diaries, allocating the right resources to meet customer needs.
* Keep customers updated, providing clear and professional communication.
* Work in real-time to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing situations.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a customer service, call centre, or planning/scheduling role.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
