Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for experienced Warehouse Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Crediton. This is a hands-on role focused on forklift operation within a production environment.
Key Duties:
* Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload goods from vehicles.
* Move stock within warehouse and racking areas.
* Prepare orders for dispatch.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
* Valid, in-date Counterbalance forklift licence.
* Proven experience in warehouse and forklift operations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
* Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends.
