Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Traffic Management Supervisor based in Heywood. The Traffic Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily traffic management operations, ensuring all projects are in compliance with traffic regulations, coordinating with team members, and providing training to staff. Additional duties include liaising with clients, resolving any traffic-related issues, and ensuring the smooth and safe flow of traffic around construction sites.

* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to manage and resolve traffic-related issues efficiently
* Experience in traffic management or related field is a plus
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Relevant certifications in traffic management are an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
