We are looking for dedicated Logistics Officers to join our team for the 153rd Open at Royal Portrush, one of the most prestigious events in golf. Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors, check identification, and issue visitor badges upon arrival. Monitor people and property within designated areas. Manage entry and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel access restricted areas. Report any major incidents to the duty manager and provide detailed reports. Oversee the ingress/egress process at the golf course. Control vehicle and property keys while maintaining accurate records. Answer and log emergency calls. Maintain accurate daily records as required. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with visitors. A customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor. Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues calmly. A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential. Right to work in the UK. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexible with working hours, including long shifts.
