Quantity Surveyor / Estimator | West London | Bespoke Residential Refurbishment I’m working directly with a who are looking to bring in a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who can also support estimating and light project management responsibilities across a growing portfolio of residential projects. This is a hands-on role within a small, design-led contractor delivering high-quality refurbishments, extensions and bespoke residential projects across West & Central London. The business is currently delivering projects ranging from smaller residential extensions through to higher-risk residential schemes in Kensington, and the Director is looking for someone capable of taking genuine ownership and helping relieve pressure operationally as the business continues to grow.
