Join our team as a Complex Manager at Parkdean Resorts. You’ll wear many hats as you mentor, plan and operate across our suite of retail and complex units on park, coaching the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
* Achieve budgets and margins for all areas of the food and beverage operation, ensuring stock, costs and overheads are controlled.
* Complete food and bar stock takes, report results and take appropriate actions.
* Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise efficiency and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Manage safety in your area and on park through the safety culture app.
* Act as duty manager in the absence of the General Manager when required; contribute to day-to-day park management.
* Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports and hold weekly team meetings.
